A list robot that could help Japan in the disaster you may join the iMobot. This robot has been designed by engineers University of California (USA) and has the distinction of being modular, so that has four controllable degrees of freedom, with two meetings in the central section and two wheels, one at each end. An individual module can drive on its wheels, crawl like a worm, or lift one end and move your body.
